The View fans demand ‘out of touch’ Whoopi Goldberg be FIRED for ‘going full-on nuts’ live on air

THE VIEW fans have demanded that Whoopi Goldberg be fired for going wild while live on the show.

After a series of blunders, fans are calling for a casting rearrangement on the popular talk show.

Yesterday, Whoopi, 66, said “a**” while talking about parenting on the daytime talk show on Tuesday.

One viewer posted: “Someone needs to start pushing back on Whoopi. I have a feeling someone will not let her interject one day which will cause Whoopi to go full-on nuts honestly. She has gotten exponentially worse this season so I hope next time contract negotiations are up it’s time to go, or work less days.”

Another said: “… I have no idea what ABC thinks is happening here. They take several women, with no real credibility and let them mouth off day after day and they’re surprised that one day someone says something stupid?”

A third chimed in: “Completely agree about Whoopi. She shuts down any opinion she doesn’t agree with.”

Yet a fourth slammed: “So out of touch.”

On Tuesday’s live talk show, Whoopi said: “Sometimes you have to be an a** to be a parent.”

The comedian’s language didn’t go down so well with viewers at home, with one posting in a fan thread: “Whoopi and Sunny’s [Hostin] foul language was a bit much today.”

The user also called out the hosts for cursing while talking about tighter gun control.
“Between Whoopi using the word ‘b***hin’ and Sunny referring to Republicans ‘p**sing on her leg when it’s raining,’ I had to turn the show off,” they wrote.

“I know they’re passionate about gun issues but this is daytime TV, not the Howard Stern show. Some people have kids home for the summer.”

Another posted on Twitter: “Does Whoopi really need to swear all the time?”

Others rushed to Whoopi’s defense over her bold statement, however, with one fan tweeting: “Yep! Kids won’t like all of your decisions but you gotta do what you gotta do.”

Another chimed in: “Love Whoopi saying ‘sometimes you have to be an a** to be a parent.”

Whoopi hit the headlines again earlier this week when she accused her guest co-anchor, Ana Navarro, of trying to steal her job.

As The View’s moderator, Whoopi is the one in charge of running the segments and deciding when it’s time to change topics or to take a break.

Ana, though, decided to give it a try herself and tried to end a discussion by interrupting Whoopi.

After cutting off the longtime host, Ana suggested it was time for a commercial break.

“Maybe we talk a little bit more about that when we come back,” Ana told Whoopi, giving her a little side eye.

Wanting to put her back in her place, Whoopi sarcastically asked Ana: “Oh, you wanna do this?”

Back in May, Whoopi was mocked for mispronouncing the name of the iconic Parisian museum, The Louvre.

The View hosts were discussing the woman who threw cake at the Mona Lisa that week.

Footage of the incident at the Louvre showed the world-famous painting smeared with cake by an eco-vandal before he was dragged away by security guards, as stunned onlookers watch on.

No damage was done to the masterpiece as it’s protected by a bulletproof screen, but Whoopi shared her shock over the incident while discussing it on The View.

Fans, though, were less focused on the topic at hand and more interested in how the View moderator was pronouncing the name of the museum.

One surprised viewer asked: “Did Whoopi say the LOO-va?”

The user also added a gif of someone scratching their neck and looking a bit confused.
