There was a woman who conducted three changes in her life and was able to lose 88 pounds in one year! The name of this woman who opted not to give up on her goal is Amanda. She used to weigh 222 pounds, but obviously, she didn’t feel comfortable in her own skin, so she decided to do something about it. When it comes to her rapid weight-loss, she has shared her three secrets (below).

1. Consume a High-Protein Diet
A diet that is high in proteins can prevent a variety of different matters, such as high cholesterol, osteoporosis, diabetes, and can prevent obesity. Foods that are very high in proteins are Cruciferous vegetables, potatoes, legumes, leafy greens, quinoa, hemp seed, lean beef, low-fat dairy, seafood, and eggs.

2. Control YourFood Portions
Learn to distribute food in a healthy way. Increase serving size to fiber and water, check labels on foods, and make it a habit to utilize smaller plates.

3. Get Your Body Working!
Engage in exercises. If you don’t exercise, you won’t lose ameaningfulamount of weight. Conduct 30 minutes of exercises every day in order to begin shedding a lot of pounds.
