- 500 grams/18 ounces of uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 250 grams/9 ounces cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 375 ml /13 ounces evaporated milk
Add all the ingredients into the crock-pot. Give it a good mix and cover it. Let it cook for about 2 ½ hours. Do not be tempted to stir it before the time is up.
If you want it runny, add some milk.
