The pit bull was abandoned by his owners who left home of their country! Unfortunately, the dog was left with nothing to survive, as it was chained to a human without food or water. Despite all this, the dog continued to wag its tail.

Luckily, help came when rescuers from Love’s Furry Friends came to her rescue. Dog Toby went to seventh heaven to meet the rescuers. When the rescuer approached the dog because it was not wearing a collar, it was in great pain and had a deep wound on its neck.
