Alice, 23, hasn’t brushed her teeth in ten years
Brushing your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, is the least important thing to keep them healthy. You do this out of habit as you get older. It will become a normal part of your routine.
When you were a kid, your parents tried to scare you outright with stories of decaying teeth and kids without teeth. It becomes something that you will come to accept over time if you need to.
However, when we push ourselves off, it is common to fall asleep without brushing our teeth; There’s nothing wrong with that; happen or prevent. However, we are all aware of the need for good oral hygiene.
That’s not the case for Alice, 23, who hasn’t brushed her teeth in 10 years, according to The Sun.
Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, according to Medical News Today.
This is to prevent bacteria and toxic deposits from food and drink from getting out of the mouth and teeth during the day.
In the last ten years, he hasn’t washed his teeth.
If you neglect your teeth, you run the danger of developing cavities or swollen gums, both of which may be very costly. Not to mention the foul odor.
However, Alice Kid, a Londoner, hasn’t washed her teeth in almost ten years.
“I don’t wash my teeth at all.” It’s a humiliating admission to make, and it’s one of those societal taboos that no one should discuss. However, the truth is that I don’t bother and haven’t done so in over a decade.
“I can tell that they are wonderful when I look in the mirror,” Alice explained.
I threw the toothbrush away.
Alice only brushed her teeth when she remembered as a child. Alice had to wear braces for nearly a year when she was twelve years old.
“When I went to see the orthodontist, he went on and on about brushing my teeth while I was wearing braces.
“Perhaps that’s why I revolted.”
“I threw out my toothbrush when my braces came out at 13,” Alice told The Sun.
Gum chewing
Alice has only had one cavity despite her terrible oral hygiene, and that was when she was still brushing her teeth.
Alice claims she has never had a problem with foul breath because she solely uses chewing gum to assist her teeth.
“While it’s difficult to determine if your breath smells like an overripe cheese,” Alice explained, “my partner has never made any unfavorable comments.”
“They compliment my teeth”
Alice claims that the secret to her good teeth is because she eats a lot of veggies, doesn’t drink or smoke, and doesn’t like soft beverages.
“Once a year, I go to the dentist.” He never asks if I brush my teeth, so I keep my secret to myself.
“He chastises me for not flossing, but during the 15-minute check-up, he usually eliminates the plaque that has accumulated up.” If he told me I needed to brush my teeth, I would do so.
“However, for the time being, everyone compliments me on how nice and healthy-looking my teeth are – so why waste time and money scrubbing them?” Alice came to a conclusion.
