Ginger Tea: For More Than Upset Stomachs


Ginger is one of the most beneficial plants thanks to the ginger roots that have been used in traditional medicine for many years. Ginger is known for havingantiparasitic, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties.

Boil the cup of water, and add in the turmeric and ginger. For ten minutes, let this mixture simmer. Add the milk to it at this point. Strain out any chunks of the ground ginger and turmeric to make it easier to drink. You can add the honey or another sweetener to get the ginger tea to your taste. Enjoy!
