Beef jerky has more nitrites per ounce than a lot of other foods; therefore, you should opt to make yours right at home by utilizing grass-fed ground beef. 6. Diet Foods
Most diet foods have artificial sweeteners which have been linked to the development of cancer, as they have a toxic effect on the body.
Even though the FDA claims that there’s no sufficient evidence to claim that aspartame, which is the most commonly utilized artificial sweetener, can be linked to cancer, you should say goodbye to anything that contains it, as when there’s a rumor going on for a long time, it’s because something about it must be true.
7. Fried Snacks
During the frying process, there’s a formation cancer-causing substance that takes place which we end up consuming.
Glycidamide is a substance that creates itself during the frying process, which comes about at high temperatures. This substance is highly considered as cancer causing.
